1 large handful of spinach leaves
1 large banana, peeled and broken in half
1 cup of frozen berries
1 apple quartered, pips removed
1 handful of carrot batons
Fruit juice of your choice

You’ll love this. Place all the ingredients into the jug, top up to the 5-cup mark with fruit juice and blend until smooth. It really is as simple as that!
