Chia Berry Smoothie
Reasons to be chia-ful …
Chia seeds are one of the healthiest foods on the planet, packed with antioxidants and key nutrients. On their own they don’t taste of much but in this smoothie they’re absolutely delicious.
1 cup frozen berries
½ or 1 small banana
1 handful of spinach leaves
½ lime, juiced (optional)
5g chia seeds
Chilled Almond milk (or your favourite)
Here’s the whizz…
You can make this nutritious smoothie in about 20 seconds. Simply place all the ingredients in the blender jug, pour in the almond milk until it just cover the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Drink immediately to enjoy the full blast of body-boosting nutrients.
